Angelica
Angelica Panganiban (born Angelica Panganiban) is an Filipino American actor, TV host, and comedian. Panganiban was dubbed as the Queen of Drama in different media. Panganiban's versatility and experience in the field of acting is widely acknowledged. While the term angelica root indicates that just the root can be used, most A. archangelica-based supplements as well as herbal remedies comprise the roots, seeds, fruits, and/or flowers of the plant. They typically only contain the root. Angelica was a contestant on America's Got Talent season 12, which she won past the initial round of auditions. Her rendition of Rise Up performed by Andra Days helped her to pass. Angelica was awarded a Gold Buzzer at the Judge Cuts stage after she did Girl on Fire Alicia Keys. Angelica advanced to the Finals with her performance of Symphony from Clean Bandit. On the episode of the results, she performed "Stronger" along with Kelly Clarkson. She finished the competition in second place becoming the youngest runner-up ever in the history of the show. In 2012 when Angelica Hale was just 4 years old she became very sick with a double pneumonia attributed to an aggressive strep pneumococcal bacteria infection. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston placed her on ECMO assistance for lifesaving treatments. Her condition became severe and she experienced numerous organ failures, which included the kidneys that did not recover. It was her new normal to have hemodialyses as well as peritoneal dialysis. After nearly 80 days in the hospital from the point of death to a long journey to recovery she finally made it home but her life forever changed. After one year and a half of dialysis, Angelica was ready to undergo the largest surgery in her life: a kidney transplant. She would receive the donated kidney from her mother. Angelica together with her mom, underwent successful kidney transplantation on September 13th 2013 in two amazing hospitals that were close to one another - Emory University Hospital & Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale pursued her dream of being a star from the beginning.
